Ingredients

  • Plain yogurt of your choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • Frozen mixed berries (any kind you like)
  • A few soft dates (about 4–5, or to taste)
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • A splash of water (just enough for smooth blending)
  • Extra berries for topping

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Layer the yogurt:
Spoon your favorite yogurt into a glass — as much as you like, enough to fill the bottom half or two-thirds.

Step 2

Make the berry blend:
In a blender, combine frozen berries with a few dates and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Add a splash of water to help blend. Blend until smooth, adjusting sweetness and consistency to your liking.
