Hi, my name is Marija.

I was born in a small town on the Dalmatian coast in southern Croatia. Since 2001 I live in Germany, in Munich, where I also did my master’s degree in home economics.

The effect of healthy nutrition on the human body has always fascinated me and aroused my curiosity to try different forms of nutrition.

So the path of curiosity led me to a purely plant-based diet. I regularly integrate this form of nutrition into my everyday life to relieve my body and I always feel a positive effect on my physical well-being.
In the meantime, I have also developed a deep passion for creating my own recipes. Besides, I learned a lot about photography to be able to create my own food pictures.

It all began with Instagram where I started sharing my recipes in the summer of 2021. After that I started a YouTube channel which I named after my name “Marija” where I publish my videos with short stories and recipes. Creative cooking and baking has become a real passion of mine, so I finally decided to write my first cookbook with easy vegan recipes for beginners.

In addition, I have created this food blog, where you can regularly find new blog entries and recipe ideas on the topics of nutrition, health and well-being.
