Ingredients

  •  mixed green salad leaves
  • arugula 
  • 100g (3.5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and sliced
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the mixed green salad leaves and arugula.

Add the crumbled feta cheese and sliced avocado.

Step 2

Drizzle the flaxseed oil and squeeze the lemon juice over the salad.

Toss gently to combine.
