Ingredients

500 g spaghetti
500 g
tomatoes

carrot
5-6
pieces of dried tomatoes
5
cloves of garlic
50 ml
olive oil
1.5 tbsp
tomato paste
250 ml
oat cuisine
1 tbsp
dried or frozen basil
50 ml
Vegan Red or White Wine
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pepper

    Step by Step Instructions

    Step 1

    Wash the tomatoes and the carrot. Dice the tomatoes, peel the carrot and the garlic clove and dice finely. Cut dried tomatoes into thin slices.

    Step 2

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the fresh and dried tomatoes, garlic and carrot. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, basil, vegan oat cuisine and wine, stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

    Step 4

    Drain the spaghetti and add to the sauce, mix well.
