Lately I had some pumpkin hummus left over (you can find the recipe here pumpkin hummus). So I made these tasty pastry sticks. They taste the best directly warm out of the oven.

Ingredients
Ingredients for the pastry
- 2 packs of rolled Puff pastry
Ingredients for the filling
- Pumpkin Hummus (you find the recipe here)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Roll out one of a puff pastry and spread the pumpkin hummus over it.
Step 3
Roll out the other puff pastry over the hummus, press slightly together with your hands.
Step 4
Cut the puff pastry into strips, place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper and twist from both ends 1 or 2 times into straws.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
