Matcha 🍵powder is made from ground tea leaves.🌿

It contain caffeine, less then coffee or black tea, but more then regular brewed green tea.

If you are very sensitive to caffeine, you might consider Matcha as an excellent alternative to coffee☕.

For the people who cannot tolerate any caffeine whatsoever, Matcha is not their drink.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 gramms Matcha powder
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 80 ml Water
  • 150 ml Milk

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add matcha powder and sugar (if you want to add any) into a mug. Add hot, recently boiled water in, mix with whisk until it’s smooth. You want to move your whisk side to side motion in order to get your matcha foam. Warm a milk in a small saucepan, foam with an frother, then pour into a mug.
