Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen mango, diced
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 550 ml oat milk

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
