Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 250ml plant-based milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Oil for greasing

      Step by Step Instructions

      Step 1

      Place the oats in a food processor and pulse until they form a fine oat flour-like consistency.

      Add the bananas, egg, and plant-based milk to the food processor with the oats. Blend until smooth and well combined.

      Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl.

      Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes to allow the baking powder to activate.
