- 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut blossom sugar)
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix
(or substitute with: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, a pinch of nutmeg, and a tiny pinch of cloves) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp molasses or honey
- Optional for Latte: 1/2 cup (120ml) brewed espresso or strong coffee
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish
