A creamy, spiced drink featuring the comforting flavors of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.

Perfect as a cozy treat or with a shot of espresso for a festive latte twist. 🎄

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut blossom sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix
    (or substitute with: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, a pinch of nutmeg, and a tiny pinch of cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp molasses or honey
  • Optional for Latte: 1/2 cup (120ml) brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Warm the Milk:

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.

Step 2

Combine Ingredients:

Stir in the brown sugar, gingerbread spice mix, vanilla extract, and molasses (or honey). Whisk until everything is well combined and dissolved.

Customize Your Drink:

For Hot Milk: Skip the coffee and pour the spiced milk directly into a mug.

For a Latte: Add brewed espresso or strong coffee to your mug before pouring in the spiced milk.
