Ingredients

(Choose as Desired):

  • 1000g dark chocolate
  • 1000g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for both dark and white chocolate)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, for dark chocolate)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for both dark and white chocolate)

A variety of toppings to your liking:

  • Dried fruits (e.g., oranges, strawberries, apricots)
  • Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • Pistachios
  • Dried coconut
  • Spices (e.g., cinnamon, chili powder, sea salt)
  • Other sweet or savory snacks (e.g., caramel pieces, pretzels, popcorn)

    Step by Step Instructions

    Step 1

    Melt the Chocolate:

Melt the dark and white chocolate separately. You can do this using a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir occasionally until smooth.

For both dark and white chocolate: Mix in a tablespoon of coconut oil and a teaspoon of vanilla for improved texture and flavor.

For the dark chocolate (optional): Add a teaspoon of cinnamon for extra flavor.

    Step 2

    Customize Your Chocolate:

Once melted, get creative! You can customize your chocolate with any combination of toppings you desire. Sprinkle them evenly over the melted chocolate.

(For this quantity of chocolate, both white and dark, I used a long and shallow mold measuring 25×40 cm.)

Don’t be afraid to experiment with different flavors and textures. Whether it’s dried fruits, nuts, spices, or other snacks, the choice is yours.

    Step 3

    Allow to Set:

After adding your desired toppings, allow the chocolate to set at room temperature until firm. This may take a few hours, depending on the thickness of the chocolate and the room temperature.

    Step 4

    Break and Enjoy:

Once the chocolate has set, break it into pieces or cut it into bars.

Serve and enjoy your customized homemade chocolate creations!
