🥣

Ingredients

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 150g mixed nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts), roughly chopped
  • 80g dried cranberries
  • 80g raisins
  • 100ml honey
  • 60g soft peanut butter
  • 100g chocolate chunks or chips
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 5g ground cinnamon
  • 25g sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

    Step by Step Instructions

    Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

    Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, raisins, chocolate chunks, raw cacao powder and ground cinnamon. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.

    Step 3

Add honey and soft peanut butter to the dry ingredients. If you prefer a sweeter granola, add sugar to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly, ensuring that the oats and nuts are well coated.

    Step 4

Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press it down slightly with a spatula for even baking.

    Step 5

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Be sure to stir the granola halfway through the baking time to ensure even cooking.

    Step 6

Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet.

Transfer the granola to an airtight container. It can be stored at room temperature for up to two weeks or longer in the refrigerator.
