  • 400g frozen raspberries
  • 150g yogurt (you can use any type, such as Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 150ml plant-based milk (such as almond milk or oat milk)
  • Maple syrup, to taste (adjust according to your preference for sweetness)

 

 

 

 

    Step by Step Instructions

    Step 1

    In a blender or food processor, add the frozen raspberries. Pulse a few times to break them down into smaller pieces.

    Add the yogurt, plant-based milk, and a drizzle of maple syrup to the blender. The amount of maple syrup can be adjusted according to your taste preferences and the sweetness of the raspberries.

    Step 2

    Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. Taste the mixture and add more maple syrup if desired.

    Pour the raspberry mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center.

    Step 3

    Place the popsicles in the freezer and let them freeze completely, usually for about 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

    Step 4

    Once the raspberry popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
