Ingredients

  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.)
  • 500g Kefir
  • 79g Rolled oats
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional): For additional sweetness, if desired

      Step by Step Instructions

      Step 1

      Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and remove any stems or hulls.

      Step 2

      In a blender, combine the mixed berries, kefir, rolled oats, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (if using).

      Step 3

      Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency by adding more kefir or a splash of water if needed.

      Step 4

      Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.

       

      Step 5

      Pour the berry kefir smoothie into glasses. Optionally, garnish each glass with a few whole berries or a sprinkle of oats for an extra touch of presentation.
