  • Peaches: 4 medium-sized, halved and pitted
  • Maple Syrup: 60ml
  • Lemon Juice: 30ml (2 tablespoons)
  • Ground Cinnamon: 2.5g (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Vanilla Ice Cream, Yogurt or Whipped Cream (for serving)

    Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.
