Ingredients
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 2-3 pre-cooked red beets, roughly diced
- ½ block of feta cheese, crumbled by hand
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Sunflower seeds, for topping
- Pumpkin seeds, for topping
- Olive oil, for frying
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Asparagus:
Clean the green asparagus and trim off the woody bottom part.
Cut the remaining asparagus into smaller pieces, keeping the tips whole.
