Ingredients
For the pastry baskets:
- 1 pack of store-bought puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
- 1 egg (for brushing, optional)
For the vanilla mascarpone cream:
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet cream stabilizer
- 150g mascarpone
For decoration:
- Small chocolate or sugar eggs
- Fresh berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries)
- Mint leaves or edible green leaves

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the pastry baskets:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Flip a muffin tin upside down. Cut long strips of pastry and wrap them around 4 adjacent muffin forms to create a basket shape.
Use shorter strips to form a U-shape on a baking tray for the basket base.
Lightly brush with egg wash (optional for a golden color).
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before removing.
Step 2
Prepare the vanilla mascarpone cream:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with Vanilla Sugar and Cream Stabilizer until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Assemble the baskets:
Pipe or spoon the vanilla mascarpone cream on top.
Decorate with sweet eggs, berries, and green leaves.
Step 4
Serve & Enjoy!
These are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
