Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Make the coconut base:
In a bowl or directly in serving glasses, mix yogurt with chia seeds and shredded coconut. Stir well and let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours until thickened.
Step 2
Prepare the chocolate topping:
Melt the chocolate with a splash of coconut milk until smooth and pourable. Let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Assemble the dessert:
Pour the melted chocolate over the set coconut-chia yogurt layer. Gently spread it out.
Step 4
Chill and decorate:
Place the glasses back in the fridge to allow the chocolate to firm up. Before serving, decorate with a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
