Ingredients

  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Blend the base:
In a blender, combine coconut milk, honey, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Freeze into cubes:
Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until completely solid.

 

Step 3

Blend again:
Remove cubes and let them thaw slightly (5–10 minutes) for smoother blending. Blend until soft and creamy.
Tip: For extra creaminess, add a few spoonfuls of coconut yogurt during blending.

 

Step 4

Serve immediately:
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy as soft-serve, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
