Ingredients

Ingredients for the crumble

  • 210 g Vegan Margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 g wheat flour

Ingredients for the covering

  • 850 g Morello cherries (450 g drained)

Ingredients for the pudding

  • 76 g Pudding powder, Vanilla flavor
  • 500 ml Oat milk
  • 16 g Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegan Cream Fraiche

    Step by Step Instructions

    Step 1

    Process all ingredients for the crumble into sprinkles with your hands or a Handmixer. Put a little more than the half of the crumbles in a greased springform pan (26 cm) and press lightly.

    Step 2

    Drain the cherries through the stainer to separate them from the juice.

    Mix pudding powder and vanilla sugar with 100 ml Oat milk. In a saucepan boil the rest of the milk, add the pudding powder – milk mixture, boil and stier 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the cream Fraiche.

    Step 3

    Spread the pudding on the crumble, add cherries and press lightly. Spread the remaining crumble on top.

    Step 4

    Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Let it cool down .
