Ingredients

  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 150 g quark
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 1.5 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 large pomegranate (or 1.5, depending on how fruity you like it)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Whip the cream in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, then refrigerate it.

In a separate bowl, mix the quark, yogurt, vanilla extract, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Step 2

Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture to keep the cream light and airy.

Cut the pomegranate open and carefully remove the seeds, then set them aside.

 

Step 3

Start by layering a portion of the cream mixture into glasses.
Add a layer of pomegranate seeds on top.
Repeat the process with another layer of cream and finish with a generous amount of pomegranate seeds on top.

Step 4

Refrigerate the glasses for at least 30 minutes to allow the dessert to set and become cold.
