Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add fresh cranberries and water to a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2

Once the water is boiling, add the cinnamon stick, rosemary sprigs, and lemon slices.

 

Step 3

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes. As the cranberries cook, they’ll soften and start to pop, releasing their juices and creating a rich flavor.

Step 4

Strain the tea into cups, or serve it with the spices and lemon slices for a rustic presentation.
