Ingredients

  • 80g organic whole grain oats
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 10g raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (approximately 15g)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavor (approximately 10ml)
  • 2-3 tablespoons cherry spread
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional, for topping)
  • 10g grated chocolate (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh cherries (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

      Step by Step Instructions

      Step 1

      Prepare the Oat Mixture:

      In a bowl, combine 80g of organic whole grain oats, 10g of raw cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon (15g) of almond butter, and 2 teaspoons (10ml) of vanilla flavor.

      Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

      Add 200ml of coconut milk, stirring continuously, until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.

       

      Step 2

      Layer the Ingredients:

      Take a pretty glass or jar and add 2-3 tablespoons of cherry spread at the bottom.

      Pour the oat mixture over the cherry spread, filling the glass or jar.

       

      Step 3

      Refrigerate:

      Cover the glass or jar with a lid or plastic wrap.

      Place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.

       

      Step 4

      Garnish and Serve:

      In the morning, take the glass or jar out of the refrigerator.

      Top with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 10g of grated chocolate, and fresh cherries.

      Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
