Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

      Step by Step Instructions

      Step 1

      In a blender, combine the diced mango, diced pineapple, pitted dates, coconut milk, and ground turmeric.

      Step 2

      If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.

      Step 3

      Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

      Step 4

      Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or turmeric level to your preference.

      Step 5

      Pour the drink into glasses and serve chilled.

      Optionally, garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of turmeric on top before serving.
