<p>Unroll the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spread an even layer of apricot jam over the entire sheet of puff pastry.</p>

<p>Place the apple slices along one long edge of each puff pastry strip, slightly overlapping each slice. Fold the other long edge of the puff pastry strip over the bottom half of the apple slices.</p>
